Completion of the second phase building program. We now have access to 2 cleanrooms including a lithography class 1000 and assembly class 10000 clean areas.

This is supported by our Chemistry Lab completed last month.

We now provide both Al/Au wedge and Au ball bonding along with die placement and encapsulation facilities. Electrically we can provide high voltage isolation tests using our Keithley electrometers including 6517A and 236, 487 source measure capabilities.
