Diamond Detectors has awarded a contract to MANTIS Ltd for the supply of a Sputterng System including a range of options :-
- 1st Mangentron with Nano-Sizing and High Substrate Bias 25Kev
- 2nd and 3rd Magenetron with DC/RF Bias.
- High Temperature Substrate Holder (950C)
- Ion-Beam Milling.
- Load Lock
- Rotating Substrate Holder.
- PC Control.
This system will provide Diamond Detectors Ltd with greater independance from out sub contract suppliers. Provide greater flexability in contacts and help reduce time to market.
